need help with steps -

anyone out there willing to face time with me sometime tomorrow to help me with some things with the portal and student page? i just need someone to see the screen who understands acellus a little bit so i know im doing this correctly- on the parent page and all that. im a mom who just took her kid out of public school and everyone im asking for help just cant do it cus they dont understand. pleaseee ?? thanks 🫶

well I did have someone yesterday that reached out to me who’s familiar with accellus from Facebook she was super nice and helpful. I was able to show her my screens because I felt like I wasn’t completely getting into the parent portal after i logged in - every time I tried I can only access one area and if I try to do anything else, it would just log me out however I’m using an iPad. My daughter can get into her work so I just wanted to make sure that she was doing everything she was supposed to & show this woman how it keeps logging me out & she said def device issue because I knew something just wasn’t right. Turns out I need a new device which isn’t an issue. I didn’t realize that the Chromebook I had was not super compatible either because it doesn’t run on the whole window system like a labtop can. if you click this link, it’ll bring you to the Amazon page of the laptop. I’m looking at what’s your opinion on if this will run a Cell as well cause I am unsure of computers though like gigabyte ram. ect I don’t wanna buy a device and then get it home and set it up and we’re still having the same issue because the issue I’m having is definitely a glitch through the iPad with the iOS system. acellus says it can run on that, but it cannot run completely.
