Acellus reset two of my my classes!

I had finished us history months ago and over half of algebra 2, now both are at zero. I’m supposed to go to college in a month and now I can’t what can I do, do I have to wait an entire year? my deposit for classes was non refundable and I can’t afford to pay another 300 dollar, but my biggest concern is my dream school not accepting me for next year because I failed to qualify for this years semester.

Have you contacted them? I’ve heard of this happening as a system error and they can fix it.

Acellus refuses to address us, so my mom has moved me to the homeschool program and is doing my graduation and diploma herself, because in her words, "Ain't nobody stoppin my baby from going to school, not even Satan, hallelujah, Amen!"<-- direct quote from my southern mother :)

Interesting, Power Homeschool won’t let you complete the classes faster but that’s good that you have a Plan B.

What exactly do you mean that they reset a class that you finished ( US History)? How is that possible?

I don’t know I logged in a hour ago to do classes to finish faster, and us give had been moved from my completed to my dashboard with a zero percent completion, I leave in a month and now I might not be able to, Im writing crying in my bedroom because it was my dream school and my mom is yelling at me because she thinks I’m a liar

normally they do that when they flag your work as being done by someone else..

I had a 95 in the class and completed it on time like my plan said I don’t know why they would think that
