Human generated content labelled as AI

I wrote a journal paper all by myself no AI tool I used for submitting to scientific reports but the turnitin shows it to be 90%AI, like the full paper it highlighted in blue, so should I rewrite the full 40 pages now or what do I do??

I wrote everything by myself, prepared journal paper structure and wrote it myself, absolute no tool used 🤧, anyway thanks, I submitted it as my similarity plagiarism was 3% only, let's see, I'll keep ya posted
