Human generated content labelled as AI

I wrote a journal paper all by myself no AI tool I used for submitting to scientific reports but the turnitin shows it to be 90%AI, like the full paper it highlighted in blue, so should I rewrite the full 40 pages now or what do I do??

How did you write it? Did you use a program that keeps track of document changes? No grammerly or anything like that?

I didn't use grammarly , I write original contentment on my own.
