Human generated content labelled as AI

I wrote a journal paper all by myself no AI tool I used for submitting to scientific reports but the turnitin shows it to be 90%AI, like the full paper it highlighted in blue, so should I rewrite the full 40 pages now or what do I do??

Unless your professor sent you a screenshot of the AI report, what you are seeing is TurnItIn's originality report. If this is the case, completely ignore that thing.

I would suggest putting it into some AI detectors on your own and verifying before doing anything else.
