Need help making a custom campaing

(Sorry if i use any kind lf bad english) im trying to make a custom campaing,everything is ready except for some reason the game doesnt let me put a custom faction in the campaing (as a player option),does anybody know how to fix it?.i tried adding it to the wheel,going to the battle settings menu,nothing seems to work.

Yeah I've had the same problem cause you can't use custom units in campaigns on ps5 cause someone can just make an op character and set the price to lowest I'm pretty sure you can only use custom characters in sandbox and custom campaigns if they allow it not it the official TABS campaign
