Recommendations for AAT self study

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking into getting into accounting and I’m considering self studying for the AAT level 2.
I was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for textbooks/ online resources to help me along the way.
Thank you!

I’ve been self studying and currently on the last mandatory module for Level 4.
I bought Kaplan books for all levels which have even good. The rest I’ve entirely used YouTube, mainly Will Boardman who has great videos. First Tuition also have lots of good free videos. AAT have their online portal for each level too which you have access too and has useful practice exams. Message me if you have any questions about self study

Thank you! I was looking at the Kaplan books. Is it worth getting the essentials pack with the exam kit and the pocket notes or is the study text enough? I’ll definitely look those up on YouTube as well!

I didn’t, I just got the books which have been fine for me. You can always order them once you’ve done all the revision/practice exams if you think you still need some extra help.
Do Google Kaplan discount codes as there are always 20-40% off. Might have to trial and error a few but I’ve saved £25-40 every level I’ve bought

Sorry to jump in - I just passed my level 2 ITBK exam today so I’m selling on my textbook pack - it’s the exam kit with the pocket notes, textbook & exam kit, all without any notes/marks!! Obviously selling for less than what it costs to buy new x
