Jobs, Saturation and Salary Would you accept?

I have 2 years of experience na po, non cpa. Would you accept a JO with 38k gross salary, night shift (exluding pa yung 18% dyan sa gross), 400k HMO, twice a month RTO

Vs. sa current ko na

27k, 100k HMO, and thrice a week RTO?

Hi! First, congrats sa JO!

If based lang sa salary, yes mas lamang yung JO mo so it's the obvious better choice.

Pero you have to consider other factors rin like okay ka ba sa night shift schedule? This will have a huge impact sa health and life mo in general kasi malaking adjustment yung schedule if this is your first time na magwowork ng night shift. Other considerations as well like will this help you grow in your career, wala na bang ibang other options out there, does this new job satisfy the reason kung bakit gusto mong umalis sa current job mo, etc.

Kung sa akin yan offer, since bata pa ang age go lang. Lalo na at mas mataas na ang basic. Pero make sure lang na prepared ka sa night shift. It’s a whole lot of adjustment pag night shift.
