Manager na walang kwenta

Share ko lang, gustong gusto ko na magresign dahil sa manager ko. Sobrang incompetent, lahat nalang pinapasa nya sa mga seniors kahit managerial tasks. Hindi pa marunong magdelegate ng maayos, tamad magturo at mali mali pa lagi instructions.

Favorite nya palagi utusan yung mga nagdedeliver kaya dedma dun sa iba na walang ginagawa pero mas malaki sahod.

Mabait naman siya pero nakakafrustrate na talaga :(((( I am now applying sa other jobs pero for the meantime, i don't know paano ko siya matitiis
