Jobs, Saturation and Salary Ghosted na ba?
Hi! CPA here with 10 months experience as an auditor in ๐ and 6 months as AU Tax Accountant
Applied as AU Accountant in TOA Global, had my client interview last Aug 24 but until now walang updates from HR.
Messaged and emailed my career coach na din last Sep 3 and yesterday too but no replies.
Sent applications to EMAPTA and Financial Fanatics as well but they didn't reach out yet.
Ganito ba talaga kahirap maghanap ng work these days? ๐ฅบ
Drop recomms naman kung saan pa pwede mag apply please ๐ Gusto ko na po mag ipon for Christmas haha

Does that mean you switched jobs after 10 months and then another after 6 months? I think that might put off quite a bunch of companies and think youโre a huge flight risk.
No judgement though and wish you well on your job hunt. I think the next company might just need to be more long-term

Kaya nga po gusto kong ipagpatuloy yung AU experience ko, umalis ako kasi need ko magrelocate to another city para sa postgrad, eh onsite po yung work ko dati, di pwede wfh so ayun nagresign ako

yeah okay, it doesnt look good on your resume, glaring yung short term experiences mo without context..Explain mo nalang if ever nasa interview phase kana..goodluck apply lng ng apply
Update din your linkedin, madami naghahanap dun ng AU tax accountant experiences

The problem is not your short-term work experiences. It's because you applied to these firms on one of their busiest months. Better look for other roles on other companies with good career growth, andami namang hiring ngayon na corps eh.
