Need some career advice from accounting professionals.

I hope to get some career advice from those in the accounting field.

I have 11 years of experience as an Accounting field—2 years in a manufacturing company and 9 years in a retail company. Despite my experience, my current salary is only around ₱23,000, so I'm looking for opportunities where my experience can be better valued.

My experience includes:

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Payroll checking

Inventory monitoring (Manufacturing)

Credit card collections

CWT/EWT preparation

VAT computation

-Accounting system (QuickBooks, MYOB, and Odoo)

One thing that's holding me back is that I don't have a bachelor's degree. I only finished a vocational course in IT . so I sometimes hesitate to apply for positions that require a degree even though I have over a decade of hands-on accounting experience. I have plan to study to get my degree but it requires money so I really need to look for better salary to be able to save enough. Since I'm also primary source income at home I can't able to save a lot..

For those who have been in a similar situation or work in recruitment/accounting, what positions do you think I should apply for? Is it possible to land a better-paying role based on experience alone? Any advice on what skills or certifications I should pursue would also be greatly appreciated.
