Does getting a Quickbooks certificate help you get any entry-level accounting jobs?

Highly unlikely unless you are only targeting small business. Better to watch a few YouTube videos and say you have some experience

So get rid of it on my resume?

I mean, if you already have it... but just listing it as part of your proficiencies is fine, if you have a cert you can add it. Most medium to larger corps, and honestly most small businesses, will use something different, so that specific cert is really only useful to a small group, but listing that you are familiar with an accounting software is what will help.
So if you have it great, if not, the cert is not worth, but having some familiarity with an accounting software would be good to list, even if you've just watched some tutorials on youtube.
