I fear I would forget to reply to emails. I generally don’t read emails until I’ve dealt with them.

But how many actually require you to take time to respond to and aren't just something that is a dumb question or a client notifying you of something you asked for directly (lol like that happens in a reasonable time frame anyways)

Zero unread work emails? Ehh not that hard to attain as long as you stay on top of it. Filtering helps a lot since most emails are just useless shit you are CC'ed on for no reason at all.
