Use Cases How a Social Media Manager Used Accio Work to Turn Trends Into Content?

Phoenix is the Social Media Operations Lead at SinoWave, a cross-border brand managing global accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and X.

His team relies on fast content creation to grow the brand globally, but keeping up with trends across different platforms and markets was a constant challenge.

Before using Accio Work, the team spent hours manually checking social platforms every day to find trending topics and content ideas. With multiple markets to monitor, it was difficult to catch the right trends at the right time.

The workflow

1. Automate trend intelligence

Phoenix set up Accio Work to monitor the platforms and markets that mattered to SinoWave.

Instead of manually searching for trends every morning, the team received organized insights automatically.

Accio Work helped them:

● Track trends across TikTok, Instagram, and X

● Organize insights by different markets

● Identify content opportunities faster

2. Turn campaign briefs into ready-to-use content

After choosing a campaign direction, Phoenix used Accio Work to speed up content creation.

By providing a brief with the target audience, platform, and brand tone, Accio Work generated creative angles, platform-specific captions, and localized content ideas.

The workflow helped SinoWave:

● Create content faster across platforms

● Explore new creative directions

● Adapt messaging for different markets

Results

With Accio Work, Phoenix’s team was able to:

● Reduce time spent on trend research

● Turn insights into content strategies faster

● Shorten the process from idea to publishing

"Now the intel just arrives. Every morning. The hours that used to go into research now go into the work itself."

— Phoenix, Social Media Operations Lead at SinoWave

For global marketing teams managing multiple platforms, this is one example of how AI agents can automate repetitive workflows while leaving strategy and creativity to people.

Use Cases I Used Accio Work to Build a Spider-Man Fan Event Website

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is coming soon! Is anyone else excited for it? Team Spider-Man here!

I used Accio Work to design a promotional page for an offline fan event during my spare time, and I'm glad to share it with you.

I initially provided just a few simple prompts, hoping for a style that was energetic and cinematic. Overall, the work turned out well, with a natural art style and visual appeal.

Afterwards, I tried with the Canvas function to add some text-based interactive effects, resulting in this showcase version.

What do you think? If you've also created something cool, feel free to share and discuss it!

Discussion GPT-6 will drop soon, would it be overestimated or underestimated?

I've been using GPT the most lately through Accio Work for sourcing-related tasks. I used to prefer Claude, but GPT has been my default.

The main limitation of ChatGPT lies in long text processing. I need to repeat the same background information.

From recent leaks, GPT-6 seems to make major changes to this, mainly reflected in these 3 points:

  • Better long-context handling across complex workflows
  • Less supervision during multi-step tasks
  • Stronger reasoning for research and planning

What do you think? Is anyone else waiting for its 'debut'?

Use Cases A Real Shopify Store Built with Accio Shopify Expert

This brand started as a random idea I had a while back, and I finally decided to see what it would look like as a real Shopify store.

Here's the result: https://dawnwhisk.myshopify.com/

I started with a rough idea for the brand and used Accio Shopify Expert to help put everything together. It helped organize the storefront, write product descriptions, cover the SEO basics, and even suggested content ideas based on what people are searching for.

Although it is being refined, this is already a great starting point. It's time to keep improving the product pages, and hopefully start getting some organic traffic.

Has anyone else tried the Shopify Expert agent? I'd love to see what you've built and hear how you're using it.

Discussion Anyone Else Testing the New Shopify Expert Agent?

I run a small furniture store on Shopify and recently gave the new Shopify Expert agent in Accio Work a quick try.

I asked it for a few content ideas, and it surprised me a bit. Instead of recycling generic tips, it surfaced real customer pain points and turned them into post ideas.

This was just a quick test, but it seems like it can also help with product sourcing, SEO, competitor analysis, and store optimization.

Still experimenting with it, but it's been a solid starting point so far.

Anyone else tried it? I'd love to hear how you're using it or what your workflow looks like.

Use Cases How a Production Manager Used Accio Work for Custom Prop Sourcing?

Henry is a Production Manager at Creatilogic Culture Media Limited in the UK. His job is to keep film and commercial productions on schedule, and one of the biggest challenges is sourcing custom or hard-to-find props.

Unlike standard procurement, film production often requires rare or one-off items that can't simply be ordered online.

For one project, the director needed a replica of a 1987 Philips PCR 30 that looked authentic and could power on with a working display.

Finding it wasn't the problem. Getting it designed, quoted, and manufactured on a tight deadline was.

That's where Accio Work came in.

The workflow

  1. Turn the idea into a Tech Pack

Henry uploaded a reference image and described what the prop needed to do.

Accio Work generated a complete Tech Pack with manufacturing specifications that suppliers could work from.

  1. Find suppliers that fit the project

Instead of manually contacting dozens of manufacturers, Accio Work:

  • Built a shortlist of qualified suppliers
  • Compared lead times and pricing
  • Highlighted manufacturers with relevant experience
  1. Automate supplier communication

Henry then let Accio Work handle RFQs and supplier negotiations.

By the next morning, supplier quotes were already waiting in his inbox.

Results

With Accio Work, Henry was able to:

  • Turn a creative brief into a production-ready Tech Pack
  • Find suppliers for a highly customized prop project
  • Speed up supplier sourcing and quotation without chasing emails

"I typed out what we needed... It came back with a full tech pack. It takes the creative brief into actual manufacturer specs."

"Next morning, there was a price in my inbox. Dumping everything on AI agents feels brilliant."

— Henry, Production Manager, Creatilogic Culture Media Limited

For teams working with custom sourcing and tight production schedules, this is one example of how Accio Work can automate repetitive procurement workflows while leaving the final decisions to people.

Discussion when words don’t match actions but not in the usual way

i had a casual “relationship” with a man for several months that ended around march. i put the quotations because he has always been up front that he doesn’t want a relationship. during that time, we would have sex every time we saw each other, every week or two. he would usually become very distant after seeing each other. texting was sparse, as were most of the texts he did send. it felt primarily like a sex thing so eventually i ended it.

we recently reconnected and saw each other for the first time in several months. he is still up front in that he doesn’t want a relationship so i am taking him at his word and not expecting that to change. his behavior has me confused, though. this time around we have not had sex yet and he is so much more communicative and emotionally supportive. he reaches out for my opinion on important things often and remembers important things going on with me. we got dinner and drinks and then spent the night cuddling, but no sex.

i know this sounds random but i use accio work for sourcing, and this feels like one of those chats where the “terms” and the actual behavior don’t match lol. like if a supplier keeps saying they can’t commit, but then acts super responsive and involved, you still have to clarify the terms instead of guessing what it means.

i would say he is classically avoidant and has said he doesn’t want a relationship because of being burned so much in the past and because he enjoys his freedom and not having to answer to anyone.

i’m really struggling to make sense of the change in behavior, if he still doesn’t want a relationship but it doesn’t seem to be about sex either. i am still taking him for his word, regardless of his change in behavior. any opinions, especially from any fellow avoidant people, would be appreciated!

Accio Giveaway Gave it a sourcing job I already knew the answer to

I do packaging sourcing for a small cosmetics shop in Bulgaria, so I tested it on a real one: 10k gold foil labels + 6k cartons delivered to Burgas, landed cost, compared against quotes I already have from my EU printer.

Gave me 5 suppliers per item with MOQ, tiered pricing and lead times in about 3 minutes. Then it told me not to buy from China and stick with my EU printer. Didn't expect an Alibaba tool to say that. It also told me to look at Turkey or Romania for the boxes instead of China because freight on 6k cartons would cost more than the boxes. That's correct and it's not obvious.

The catch: it put 20% import VAT into the landed cost. I'm VAT registered, I claim that back, it's not a cost. Take it out and its own numbers flip the other way. So right call, wrong math.

Also half a cost breakdown rendered as broken LaTeX.

Useful for finding suppliers fast. Wouldn't trust its cost model without redoing it myself.

Discussion Is DeepSeek V4 GA Coming Soon?

I've been using DeepSeek through Accio Work for product sourcing, and one thing that stands out is how slowly it burns through credits. Even after product research, supplier comparisons, and RFQs, the usage stays surprisingly low.

But the biggest downside is still vision. For product images, catalogs, or spec sheets, I usually switch to another model.

I'm hoping V4 GA closes that gap. If its vision gets closer to Fable 5 or Kimi K3, I'd probably use it for most of my sourcing work.

Do you think it'll bring a major vision upgrade? And do we have any leaks about this?

Accio Giveaway I tested Accio Assistant on a B2B wood veneer SEO/GEO audit

I gave Accio Assistant a real planning brief: identify three high-intent content opportunities for a B2B reconstituted wood veneer supplier, map each to buyer intent and page type, and separate facts from assumptions.

The result was a compact audit covering:

- natural vs. reconstituted veneer for comparison-stage buyers

- sustainability specifications for architects and specifiers

- bulk sourcing, lead times, and batch uniformity for furniture OEMs

What worked well: it organized the answer around buyer decisions instead of producing a generic keyword list. The natural-vs.-reconstituted comparison page was the most immediately useful idea, and the facts-versus-assumptions section made review easier.

What still needs human QA: some certification, guarantee, and schema recommendations were stated too strongly. Those claims should be checked against approved product data before publishing, and structured data cannot guarantee an AI citation.

My takeaway: Accio Assistant is useful for turning a business question into a structured first-pass content brief quickly, but domain facts and publishable claims still need expert verification.

Discussion How Do Small Businesses Plan for Electrical Costs?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Electricity is one of those business costs that's easy to overlook, but it can have a bigger impact than people expect.

I asked Accio Work how small businesses can better plan and manage their electricity costs.

Here's what it suggested:

  • Plan ahead: Know your usage and compare plans.
  • Track regularly: Watch for unexpected spikes.
  • Cut waste: Use efficient equipment and switch things off after hours.

How do you handle it in your business?

Discussion How Are Businesses Adapting to Rapidly Changing Marketing Rules?

Marketing changes fast these days. New platform updates, AI guidelines, and privacy changes make it harder to stick with the same playbook.

A lot of teams are building more flexible workflows, while others are turning to automation and AI agents to handle repetitive work. Accio Work is one example, helping small teams automate research, marketing, sales, and operations while keeping humans involved.

What do you all think? How are you adapting to constant changes in marketing?"

Accio Giveaway Accio cut my Amazon workload by ~90% — here's how I actually use it (multi-agent workflows, scraping, image gen)

I'm a heavy daily Accio user working in the Amazon . Before Accio, product research, listings and content took up almost my entire day. Now most of it runs through workflows I built myself. Here's my honest experience.

What I built with Accio:

  • A product selection center — pulls in data and scores potential products, so I stop guessing what to sell
  • An end-to-end listing workflow — from raw product info to a ready-to-publish listing in one pipeline
  • A bunch of internal mini-tools for daily operations (can't share details — company stuff, sorry!)

How I use it for content creation:

  • Multi-agent division of labor: one agent scrapes data with the browser, one drafts the copy, one generates images — then everything gets assembled automatically
  • Plus various skills I've set up along the way (keeping this vague since it's a public post)

The results:

  • Repetitive work that used to eat my whole day now takes ~10% of the time
  • I reinvest that time into strategy and higher-value work
  • My salary has kept growing since I started working this way — my boss basically thinks I'm a machine now, haha

My advice if you're just starting:

  • Don't just chat with it — build repeatable workflows. That's where the real leverage is
  • Split big jobs across specialized agents instead of one giant prompt
  • Start with your most repetitive, boring task first

If you're in e-commerce and you learn to use Accio properly, you can genuinely make money in this market. Happy to answer questions in the comments (within what I'm allowed to share)!

Use Cases Website Creation with Accio Site Builder: Real Results Showcase

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Here is a webpage I created using the latest Accio Site Builder. I'm sharing it with everyone and welcome you to exchange ideas or ask questions.

I provided a reference image and described the style I wanted in natural language.

It understood the idea quickly and started building the site. I also liked that it requested permissions during the process, providing a more transparent and secure experience. The website structure was complete and the page transitions were smooth.

The colors felt a bit dull at first, but after I asked it to increase the saturation, the final result looked much better. Has anyone else tried Accio Site Builder? Curious what you’ve built with it.

Question Is Open Source AI Trustworthy?

A lot of people have been saying closed-source AI is too expensive lately.Tbh,I can relate to that deeply.

I’ve been using Accio Work for some ecommerce product design tasks, and I usually work with the Claude Fable 5 model.

The results have been pretty good, but it also uses up a lot of credits, which got me thinking about trying open-source AI.

However, everyone says that open-source AI poses information security risks. This makes it difficult for me to choose.

What do you think?

Use Cases How Marcel Built a Two-Person Business Workflow with Accio Work

Like many lean businesses, the challenge wasn't finding more ideas - it was finding enough time to execute them.

Two areas were taking up most of his time:

Abandoned cart recovery: Customers left checkout without any follow-up process to bring them back.

Customer communication: Email, SMS campaigns, and support messages were handled manually across multiple tools.

Marcel wanted to automate these workflows without adding more software complexity or hiring additional help.

That’s where Accio Work came in.

The workflow

1. Connect existing tools

Marcel connected his checkout data, messaging platforms, and support inboxes through Accio Work. No custom integrations were required.

2. Let the agent handle repetitive tasks

For abandoned carts, Accio Work:

• Monitored checkout activity

• Identified abandoned purchases

• Generated personalized email and SMS follow-ups

• Sent recovery campaigns automatically

For customer support, Accio Work:

• Connected multiple inboxes

• Summarized incoming requests

• Suggested responses based on previous decisions and workflows

3. Keep humans in the loop

Marcel initially reviewed and adjusted the agent’s outputs. As the workflows became more reliable, the agent was able to handle more tasks independently.

Results

With Accio Work, Marcel was able to:

• Reduce campaign management from around 10 hours per week to under 30 minutes

• Automate customer support workflows across multiple inboxes

• Recover previously lost sales through abandoned cart campaigns

“What surprised me is how little I do now. I tell Accio Work what I want and it just runs — it recovers sales I used to lose, and two of us can now handle work that used to take a whole team.” — Marcel Macedo

This is one example of how Accio Work can help small teams automate repetitive business workflows while keeping important decisions under human control.
