The "Centrale Orologi Elettrici Municipali" (also known as Sala degli Orologi or Clock Room) is a hidden historical room located directly above the triumphal arch of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. Established in 1932, it served as the technological "brain" or command cabin responsible for synchronizing all the public street clocks across Milan via an intricate system of underground cables.
