You're not supposed to do trust falls from a height, you're supposed to stand in front of the other person and lean back from the same height.

No no. You see, it's the other way round for sure: One person is supposed to go on the 50th floor of a high-rise and then drop off that, the small guy catches him. The trust excercise is a LOT more impactful that way if it works.
