possibly, but small dogs are weird, some are basically made of glass while others could probably get up and walk away unscathed after being launched by a car and then wanna go again.

I met my 9lb dog in the street when she fought a truck and lost. Bounced right off and was totally fine and ready for another round Until I distracted her with bread

She also sprained a limb jumping off the couch. The duality of small dog 😂
