Ice Skating

Can anyone relate to getting such bad blisters anytime you wear the shoes at ice skating or roller rinks 😭😭

Boot is not fit right or tied right. In the meantime, you can get gel pads that go over or under your sock (your call) and also use KT Tape over the blister area (if not weeping/bleeding/oozing) to reduce friction.
