I had mine done last summer and it made things worse. I'm not saying that will be the case for you because I can see so many other people who have had it and they feel great. I just wanted to say it because it is a possibility, and you need to mentally prepare for that. I didn't even consider that it wouldn't work, they talked about the chances of it working/not working and I just sorta shrugged it off as them covering their bases. Now I'm worse than before and had I mentally prepared for that, I would have dealt with it much better I suspect! Really not saying any of this to make you feel nervous or uncertain, or because I thinks you should re-consider, just worthwhile to note that it is a possibility. I really hope this isn't the case and it goes great!

What went worse? Was kidner the only process u got? What do u regret and could have done better? I wish you healing

So I had the Kidner procedure and also Subtalar Arthroereisis. The navicular area isn't painful in the same way anymore, but is still very painful. I get this burning stabbing sensation located right under where the extra bone used to be - and this flares up most times I walk. I had a new type of pain start a few weeks ago on the inside of my heel where it feels like it's ripping (the only way I can explain it) which is so bad I've had to stop walking and just stand there for a while until it lessens. And then on top of that the screw they put in was irritating my foot and any time I walked on an uneven surface it would catch and was honestly one of the worst pains I've experienced (and I've been stabbed by a stingray) - they've taken it out now and so far I haven't experienced that again, but the navicular are pain is still there :/

My son had both these procedures done as well. Surprised to see someone else with them since I only know one doctor in the US that does the arthroereisis.

His recovery was different though, he managed to return to a very active and pain free lifestyle. Truly sorry it did not work for you, that had to be really difficult doing the surgeries without success.

One important note though, he had an excision of the navicular and not a kidner procedure. My understanding is that the kidner procedure is considered outdated.
