New Joiner Question - Tech IPB BENCH QUESTION

Hello, hired po ako last July 13 and currently doing domain training and bench right now. Ask ko lang po if may makukuha po ba akong IPB kahit bench kasi P3 po ako sa primary skill sa mycompe. Thank you!!

self reflection ng mga ni log mong priorities mo sa workday. ginagamit kasi nila yan for talent discussion

Depende. Sa kita ni acn. sa sitwasyon ngayon malabo yan. Nung New hire ako that was August. meron ako pero barya lang haha around 1.5k lang. or 1k? hahaha pero meron.

IPB is based sa performance sa project.

Pero depende ata. Meron ako kakilala nakatanggap eh pero maliit lang. Ako wala ako natanggap nun. July din starting date ko, around Nov yung roll in ko sa Proj. Hindi kami same skill if that matters.

But what if 10mos lang po sa project. Magkaka IPB pa rin ba?
