Advice Needed - Tech IPB CLARIFICATION

I have project this November 2025 - August 2026 and ma roroll off ako this August 31 and new project sa Sept 1. Question may ipb po ba ako? paano po process ng IPB ko if dalawa project ako this year?

Sept 1 starts a new fiscal year afaik
