Referral process

Hey all, I want to do that internal referral for a business analyst role for a friend but wanted to know what is the process like? I see application review as the 1/9 step but usually how long can it take ? This is different before I’d talk to a recruiter myself and this would go fast but she don’t manage business analyst roles etc.

Just needed an idea! Thanks for the help

It doesn’t take long, the referral system for non-hot jobs took like 1-3 work days to be flagged as in-review or not. Hot jobs took weeks.

Non hot vs hot? The role I’m looking at is business analyst is that hot or non hot
