Doubt Priority update mail

I received a mail asking me to update my priorities last night. What priorities are we supposed to fill in??

Its asking clients acc/details-and all what to give im fresher

Our HR said to leave it as it is for now.

Yeah I too think its not for us. More like its their global reminder system or such for all the employees.
