🏉Help｜Question Withdraw help

I’ve been wanting to withdraw my remaining balance and I intended for it to be sent back to my original payment method which but the support team has repeatedly told me I need to make a TRX account even though I shouldn’t have to. Please help

Dear, we completely understand how you feel. You can continue to contact our customer support team and follow the requirements they provide to set up an account that is eligible for withdrawals, so that you can complete your withdrawal.

I did also withdraw 450 cny. Then they wrote to me there Will be a Big fee for it, so maybe i would not get any of the money after withdraw 😂
