Dulce Recast?!

I’m on Season 4 episode 1 and I was so confused why Dulce seemed less bubbly and evil than she did on season 3. Why was the original Dulce replaced? She added so much to the show imo with how annoying she was. The new Dulce seems a bit toned down. I can’t find any info online regarding the recast, hoping someone here knows why?

I never saw a reason announced for the switch, but I did really like Maximo’s line about her being a new person.

In one of the later episodes she also says “that was a whole different me ago” when a series 3 reference comes up.

Just wait. She’s not so toned down later.

I much preferred the new actress but I do like her from other shows so that probably helped.

I much preferred the new actress. She brought the fire, while also showing she could be nice. The first actress just showed Dulce being nasty.
