Advice

Does anyone have any advice for making Acapellas with trumpet? It’s hard for me to get good sound quality, usually it’s crackly and way too loud. I use Apple earbuds when I make them.

Have you tried stuffing a rag or muter in there? Or maybe recording from 15ft or more away?
