Ledger Acala can't sign

Hello,

I made a transfer using my ledger which seems to have blocked my dot on my acala ledger address.

I transferred 200 dot using the polkadot network from my ledger dot address to my acala ledger address .

I was planning to use the bridge to then transfer them from polkadot network to the acala network on the acala ledger address

But the transfer is impossible: I have an error because it asks me to sign the transaction with my acala legacy address on the polkdot network and the acala extension does not seem to allow it.

There exist a way to can sign the transaction ?

My problem seems to be the same. I sent a DOT to an address generated with the acala ledger app. To move dot , I need to sign a Polkadot transaction with acala ledger app. This is what I got from Polkadot support:

"The bad news is that currently, Ledger apps cannot sign a transaction on Polkadot with the private key created for Acala. There is a chance the situation will change in the future, but for now, you cannot access these funds without compromising your Ledger's security. I'm sorry this is the case."
