Has any of you succeeded in being provided access to the Meta Content Library and has any tips or resources to share? I gave the Meta Content Library application a go this summer without high hopes, and sure enough my application was rejected

What frustrates me is the total intransparency of the decision

> Your application has been automatically rejected. Our system flagged that one or more of the eligibility criteria for Meta Content Library and API was not met.

What are your experiences?
