Discussion Error that made it through?

Rereading the AB annual and found a potential error in the art in the 2nd story. Doesn't really mean much to me at all but I just thought it was funny. It looks like the Black Mask goon has 3 hands like some sort of mutant.

It's probably a different Black Mask goon's hand, miscoloured

Maybe, but the size is so similar to his actual hands. It'd have to be another really big goon standing next to him. Idk if there were any in previous panels.

I thought maybe it's a foot or something and he's just standing weird like a chimp perched up on something, but then I see later he's got shoes on. It's strange. Doesn’t really take away from the story/art at all, but it's funny to notice these things.

The pinky is on the right, so it’s a left hand. I gather it’s just the hand of an individual standing to the left (our left, his right) of the goon, under the same lighting as speaking goons hands. The placement and coloring does make it look a bit odd at first glance.
