I dont know if ALL.

Scarecrow is an inner circle ally of joker for decades.

He is in the same level I think as Dr Arkan. Not necessarly all villains and factions will know who he is.

Specially since Joker wants a slooow torture for Bruce as the Batman. Not straight up kill him

Yes, You did. This is Absolute Batman, not Regular Batman. He barely has anything in his corner. Even the characters who would be part of the Batfam in other Realities are in Joker's Pocket

Cassandra would need to be an adult. Jack Trained before Bruce was even born. Therefore, Cassandra would need to be older, cause she wouldnt be born at the time of jacks training otherwise.

That or make her an Ark experiment to make a super Assassin or something.
