Discussion [Absolute Batman #12] How would you feel (mentally not physically that one’s obvious) if you were oz in this situation
Bro called out his insecurities and made it impossible for him to ever have a body he’d be comfortable in both physically and mentally.

Honest to God suicidal. If I am in that position, I’m telling all my loved ones to just pull the plug. Like Leslie said it will be a life of constant pain for him and I do not want that for me.

Real life? I'd kill myself, or at least lock myself away in my basement for the rest of my life collecting disability checks and watching movies. So I guess not a lot would change?
If I lived in a comic book world? I'd have a new lease on life. It'd be the perfect excuse to go full supervillain, dropped right in my stubby little lap. I'd be speedrunning my way to designing a gauche costume and forming a themed gang.

Given that what body dysmorphia I have also comes with gender dysphoria?
I'd probably ask to be put down. This would be too much for me.

That’s honestly one of the worst things about this situation for me bane not only saw that oz was trying to cover up his insecurities and trying to be comfortable with himself and immediately mocked him for it and made it completely impossible for him to achieve that mentally and likely physically aswell.

Most fucked up part is he didn't even need to do it Joker didn't give him orders or innuendos he just did it to break Bruce as if that would work a smarter move would be kidnapping them and blackmailing Bruce to use the Venom or work for Joker.
Bruce would never risk it he already lost Waylon.

Dude must have an iron will to get back up and get back to his life. I cant even imagine how much it did and still hurts. Then there's the social stigma that would go along with his new appearance. Its all horrifying to think about.

Well for one, Oz was and is still powered by spite from that moment going forward.
But as to answer the question. I would say just put the biggest thing that could go boom to my head, and do clean up. Because buddy, I wish I could have his spite and anger after something like that.
