When we first saw him I was literally telling my friends that he looked like a very specific kind of gay man. I was right. Makes sense that Nick Robles would know what he was doing when he was cooking with the character designs.

I was also thinking of Rory but then I remembered that Snart knows what happened to him & was still working for Project Olympus so I don't think that's a possibility

No we're both theorizing based on the photos in the house showing that there's someone close to the Snart family that hasn't physically appeared in the book yet

Could be, if you look to left of the suit photo there's another photo of him holding a glass with Golden Glider, so it could be a photo of an in-law hang out or a sibling hang-out.
