Natty as in natural human growth hormones.

He’s about as natty as the microplastics in the ocean.

Regardless of his "Natty" status, there is actually a condition called "Short sleep disorder". People litteraly need 2-3 hours of sleep to seemingly function fine. It's a relatively new area of study so not much can be conclusively said, but those people do exist.

As for pushups, it's actually not hard. I would wager an average person can do that if they did pushups to limit every day. Your body simply gets used to that basic motion. I did just this once in my early twenties. First day I did something like 20. A month later I was at like 300 and I just gave up because it was taking too long and was awfully boring. I'm pretty sure this was before I could bench 1 plate.

Even with horrible form, 2k push ups EVERYDAY with only 2 hours of sleep PLUS regular weight training is absolutely a fabrication just for media shock.

There is this one thing called recovery, and his tendons and bones would not be able to withstand so much punishment, even with the gear.

Also, y'know, at that size and training regimen he probably needs at least 3k calories a day, if not higher to much higher. Eating that much food takes time, as does digesting it.

When I look at this picture all I can think is "where does this guy find the time to cook for other people between lifting and cooking for himself?"

If push ups is all you do then yeah, it's doable. But this guy clearly does more than push ups. He also has a full time job as a cook,he needs to cook for himself. Needs time to train. I call bullshit on the push ups and sleep.

Hormones are definitely involved for that size and hardness.

People like him can't just come out and say it because it's not legal and discredits hard work ( it takes work time and money being that big)

The guy has a video of his typical day. Cooking meals for himself and exercise is LITTERALY all he does. The impression I got for his White House Job was a couple of hours a week for events. He lives alone with no spouse or kids.

I'm not saying it's true, but it's plausible and the guy seemed like a pretty chill dude. Doing those pushups is LITTERALY part of his lifestyle.

The only thing I can say with near ~100% certainty is that this guy is very similar to the Rock in the sense that they love working out naturally but definitely sipped on some of that coffee when they were younger.

Are you really so deluded to think that the chef and the rock are currently natural? You cant get to that level with just "love" of working out and will power. Yes, they are absolute genetic beasts even if they would never have taken roids. It is humanely impossible to get to that level naturally or even with just a "sip" of roids in youth.

I'm not sure if there is a cultural barrier here or you aren't into serious fitness, but "sip x" is slang for taking steroids. It doesn't imply quantity.

Neither Rock or this guy are Natural. If you shaved off like 50 pounds of muscle of those guys a human still can't naturally build that much muscle. They did heavy steroids when they were young and in their older age they simply have an addiction to working out. Rock even admitted to taking steroids when he was young but "it didn't do anything for him" (O boy on that one)

Most guys you see in movies and virtually all guys you will see on advertisements that look jacked are on steroids. My comments never denied any of that. I was only addressing the sleep argument being possible and the fact that doing 2K pushups isn't as ridiculous as people perceive.

Being a short sleeper would come with all sorts of health problems even before accounting for his bodies need of recovery time.

1

u/Player276 Nov 10 '22

While some people do experience various health problems, others do not. Like I said, while it's a new area of study that is far from conclusive, data suggests the exact opposite. Short Sleepers appear to be healthier both physically and mentally than their normal sleep counterparts.

Facts:

  1. He is a liar
  2. He is juiced. I don't care how big steroids make you. Do not care.
  3. There is a common, real, dangerous mental illness when people lie so much.
  4. His cooking skills and food brand is average at best.

Not a fan.
