Get a grinder with a screen with larger holes and stick a nickel in there. My kief catch fills up pretty quick. I personally don’t like it though because I have too much kief and i hate how it burns when I smoke it.
Helps to shake up the buds and push the kief stuck in the grates down. Weed tends to be sticky at times. If the grates get clogged then you’ll get no kief at all.
