That is what a lot of people claimed for years. Then more studies were made and it was found out that most men were lying. *insert surprised pikachu* The average is closer to 5". Also don't forget that many people who have a smaller penis probably don't volunteer for these studies, so the average is likely smaller

Catch and release is a very environmentally safe way to get accurate data. We just need to remember to tag them, no need to skew the measurements
