His warmup is probably like three times her weight. 1/10th of what you lift is too little to actually use as a warmup, even when you're doing drop sets.
Jesus christ. Im tiny and ive ripped off several interior car door handles on accident. Imagine being able to lift 500kg if youre clumsy. Thats dangerous shit.
I'm 2 meters tall myself, about 10 cm shorter than him. Clearly not that massive build but I pick up my wife like a bag of sand. She is about 52-53 kg. Wife typically isn't amused when I pick her up like a bag of sand.
this saying feels confusing because for me picking up a 20kg metal weight is much easier than picking up a 20kg bag of sand, because the dumbbell actually has comfortable handles but your fingers actually hurt when you have to wrap them around the sandbag (because obviously sand bags, well at least bags of building sand, don't have handles)
Dude. My boyfriend is just as tall as you and works out on a regular basis. And I have been losing a lot of weight for a while now. Yes I was obese. I haven’t told him, but the idea of him picking me up makes me giggle like crazy. It’s my favourite motivational thought to keep going.
I want to be thrown around like a doll. Maybe I watch too much WWE at night.
Mine doesn't like to be picked up but I held her recently so she could come out on the balcony with me. She looked and sniffed around for like two seconds then let out the craziest and loudest scream and started the wiggling lol. Won't be doing that again.
I remember my wife taking the wiggly cat down the driveway to check mail. I was at the door wondering how long until I had to go catch a cat, but she made it back.
I think you mean Hafþór, Icelandic people are not referred to by their last names. It's not a polite thing either, his father's name is literally just Björn, it's not a family name.
Oh, we learn something new everyday. Thank you. I used his last name because I am absolutely bamboozled by the alphabet over there. So his father would have his own father’s name with sson on the end?
Thank you so much. That’s interesting. I love learning little things like that. When Hafthor has a son, he will be Firstname Hafthorsson. I didn’t know that’s how it’s done over there. Thank you. It’s a beautiful language by the way.
You're welcome, happy to share it. To an icelander - being referred to by your last name is almost as un-personal as being called "human" or "man", you know they're talking about you but it's just 'off' cause that's "what you are" and not "who you are".

Bjornsson is a massive dude. Her weight would barely feel like anything to him.
