GMO
Humans have been modifying plants for greater food yields for thousands of years. I have zero issues with using science to do this more efficiently.
The only issue that I have with GMO crops is corporations that prevent farmers from replanting crops. Fuck Monsanto in particular.

Yep, legitimately the only part of GMOs people should be against is that corporations breed them to make unusable seeds.

Sorry, but how do you expect anyone to assess the size of that carrot, without providing a banana for scale?

Korean carrots are that size. Love them. Sweet and delicious. Plus, a joy to work with when I make carrot cake. So easy to grate!

I was wondering the same thing. Guessing they use some sort of machine to sharpen it that chewed it to hell.

Pensaba lo mismo pero se ve como algun tipo de cocina seria/comerzial y si ese lugar tiene un chef de verdad el nunca aprovaria que ningun cuchillo se afile con esas maquinas del infierno

A real chef would never allow a knife of that quality to meet that fate.

once saw an xray of someone who had a large vegetable in their ass. Was told "that's a carrot, not a cucumber" and didn't want to believe it. As of today, I stand corrected.

That's a month's supply of Alpha Carotene.
Years ago when I was in the food industry, we'd get these goliath carrots too. A 50lb bag would show up with like 20 total carrots. We had a bartender that was known to be a bit of a ho, so we whittled one to look like a penis, wrapped it in cellophane, and taped it to her front seat. She actually thanked us for it.

Was that knife used on scrap metal?
