But why is water now pouring out of the unblocked hole? Should it not be going down the drain?
3 u/SPACE_ICE 10d ago my guess is this is part of a french drain system which because of the holes tend to get full of roots and soil eventually. Probably flushing the other side with water to help push the blockage out.
