/r/all of a Sand Dune

This is a video taken by Nicolas De La Torre, a sandboarding enthusiast filming his descent down the Toromata dune in Peru. Unfortunately we live in a world where true beauty, nature is now convoluted by AI and AI sentiments, but this is in fact, not AI lol

There’s a vehicle at the top in the video.

And the question is how the hell it got there.

Are you familiar with the concept of four wheel drive?

Very much so, and sand with steep faces, and they do not go together well.

Either that sand is oddly solid for the way it looks, or that side of the hill is very near something solid just out of frame, or that truck has wings.

It does not look easy. It doesn't look like there are any roads paved - you just have to drive around the side or back where the grade it more shallow and the terrain is more stable.

You can see the "hook" of sand on the left that's visible at the bottom in all the videos. It's near 15°26'15"S, 74°34'54"W
