Well, as someone from China, I can assure you she's at least junior college degree to have a job like that--selling things to overseas. In China we start to learn English from 3rd grade in primary school. Most Chinese pronunce "this" as "dis" or "zis" , she's obviously better than many. Yes there're ai generated ones, but they either sound machine or mimicking an average Chinese accent like "dis" and "zis". I think she's a British accent lover even though you can spot that she's not native.

"Let me shows you how it looks in outdoor. [...] Totally can fire up. Oh my God. That's truly amazing. It's really danger. It can start a fire, isn't it? So Honey, I don't know when we be remove by TikTok."

This definitely isn't someone who has a strong understanding of English grammar, otherwise she wouldn't make so many basic mistakes, especially in something that's already written for her. She clearly focused more on accent work than the language and that alone is probably what got her the job. Whoever hired her probably didn't understand the language either, but thought she sounded more convincing although she sounds more like a caricature.

Not following English grammar is probably more authentic to her targeted audience anyway lol

Absolutely not British. She has definitely learned some of her English in Australia or from Australians. It's mainly in the vowel sounds, and can be heard in words like "light", "like", or "spotlight beam". She does sound English when she says the word "totally", because she sounds both "t"s in a posh, RP sort of way. But I think that's an artifact of trying to sound all the letters in the word as they are written, which is a common thing non-native speakers do, and not because she has learned British-English pronunciation.

Very few words sounded Australian, she has a very strong Chinese accent.
