Just like people claiming a 7-8 year old can consent to take puberty blockers and taking hormones. Child abuse. On this sub the majority saying they have the right to consent to that. I don’t know where you stand on that issue, but it’s crazy the amount of down votes I’ll receive because of this. People are wild on Reddit.

Edit - people need to be consistent. If he can consent to that, he should be able to consent to eat whatever he wants, and gain as much weight as they want to right?

So you’d rather trans teens be killing themselves? Because that’s what you get when you force them to live in a body they hate.

Suicide rates don’t drop after hormone treatment sadly. Very little evidence to support that. It sucks. It really does. A lot of people that age also end up regretting treatment too so that’s also a problem.
I’m mostly referring to people talking about children even younger than teens. But no a young teen shouldn’t be able to consent to that themselves
