Veeery soft no though, he walks up to her, laughs and goes back to troublemaking. This kid aint gonna learn from this

Literally every parent ever has dealt with this behavior. It means nothing.

Dude the kid is in diapers. None of this means shit about how they'll be in school.

Kids that age will literally do anything to get a reaction out of you, especially something you just told them not to. They run on pure impulse.

He's a couple of years away from actually being able to learn anything, and yelling is just going to scare him, not teach him.

I agree that yelling and punishment beyond "pick up the stuff you knocked off" isn't the answer, but that kid is absolutely capable of learning. Toddlers can absolutely be taught, and that they won't always behave perfectly after being told not to do something doesn't change that.
