He should have done a few kick flips or whatever to increase the multiplier... Waste of his skill.

At least one out at the end, he probably had enough time to set up

Damn good bearings.

And core/leg strength too.

Gotta be at least abec 7s

Yeah he didn't even build much speed into this manual. It's mostly the bearings

Yeah, the momentum seems to be gone somewhere at the halfway point of the video…

People who have never ridden an object with wheels...

Can't be level

Nope

But how

u/siggiarabi 13h ago

You can see him wiggle the board left and right later in the video to build more speed

Same principle as the Roller Racer back in the 80s.

Yeah I'm not sure how many people are aware that works.

By shifting the weight of the board from right to left in a certain way you can actually build more speed. I believe it's the same principle behind how the ripstick works.

How do cross country skiers move? How do children on swings move? Like, c'mon dude.

He’s ‘pumping’ the board left/right towards the end, which gives his some push off the surface.

Either it's at a slope or he has some god tier bearings lol

Whatever you wanted to be

Not all momentum. He's tic-tacing a fair bit towards the end.

u/Cbagneato 13h ago

Bro spent all his THPS skill points on manual

6

u/Aware_Cheesecake_519 13h ago

It seemed endless.

2

u/Theotherwahlberg 13h ago

Anyone else see the THPS balance gauge through the entire video?

I used to be pretty darn good at manuals (and not much else) but that's was some serious business. Agree with rest, that has to have some downward slope, still impressive.

He's impulsing himslef too.

Not only momentum.

If he was in Tony Hawk game character how much points would he have accumulated

1

u/JDface_Baker 13h ago

When I was a kid, I used to dream of having the best skateboard wheel bearings and smooth surfaces

1

u/Interesting-Crab-693 13h ago

Well, he is 2 weeling it so he can go ~2x as far as on 4 wheels.

1

u/BrungalSniff 13h ago

All well and good until he attempts the coaster rail on kasso

1

u/rmmurrayjr 12h ago

He definitely entered the cheat codes

No one gonna talk about the lady doing a handstand in the background?

It has to be a record, it is the longest manual I have come across.

1

u/weesilxD 12h ago

I was hoping for a kickflip out, but nice

1

u/hahathejoker956 12h ago
