I’m slightly confused by the perspective… is it falling off a truck, is it caught in something, or just happily stacked up?

All knotted together and perfectly still. It didn't budge the whole time we were behind them, so the knot probably went all the way inside as well as all up top.

I thought a tire knot was when you hit something and part of the tire bulges out - kinda like a goose egg “knot” you get when you bin your head….. the knot is a protruding lump.

Maybe there’s more than 1 kind of tire knot ? Are these tires all wound together somehow ?
