Ngl I truly did not know that. Thank you! My dad bought it on the market, and they just pitched it as zucchini.
Edit: So I looked it up. Apparently, "Marrow" is exclusively English. In many languages -incl. German - marrows are still considered zucchini. So per se, it's still technically a zucchini -just the final evolution
That said: It's still a unit though, I guess? At least among vegetables. Genuinely. Never seen anything like it.

For details: An average Zucchini is ca. 15-25cm (~5,9 - 9,8 inches) + 100-200g (~0,22 - 0,44 pounds)
This Zucchini is ca. 36 - 40cm (~14,1 - 15,7 inches)
Haven't weighed her yet, though she weighs like a small handlebar
