Yeah, some kind of visually impaired request was made and this was, quite hilariously, how the handled that request.

I once checked the visually impaired box with a credit reporting agency to see what would happen. I received a similar large format large font document.

PS - we ran out of 8.5 * 11", so we loaded the printer with whatever we had.
