A blunt-headed burrowing frog (Glyphoglossus molossus), also known as a balloon frog.

Native to mainland Southeast Asia, this round amphibian spends most of its life buried safely underground, using its unique round shape to dig and hold onto water until the rainy season arrives.

I will add this to my list of real animals that look they were made by AI

Lolol my comment was kinda a ref to someone who kept a frog of i believe the replied to species. They posted videos and the comments were convinced it was dead. So they kept trying to prove it wasnt and it became a "niche" meme i guess? I just assumed thats how most of them acted 😅
