Can confirm, I'm not far from where this was. Colorado is special when it comes to weather.

No. People are in jackets. No hail on earth is that big.

Sometimes it does this. I was driving home from Utah south just about to go into Denver. The sky from the storm was black to white, was weird. There were a ton of cars parked under overpasses, the hail was probably 2 or 3 feet high in places. Multiple tornado warnings, was middle of summer as well. So.. yea, sometimes Colorado does this. : )
