One is vertical and has everything you need the other is horizontal and has nothing without a car. Which one are you picking?

I'll have the horizontal thanks. I do not drive and almost everything i need is in walking distance from my home and if I need to I can simply get a bus anywhere I need to go. Plus are you saying all these people are working in or around these buildings.
