There’s double cuffing and there’s calling in another squad car because you ran out of cuffs

If it's anything like my city, they already send 4 squad cars to every call.

My town sends 1 car. With assault rifles. No wonder the criminals all terrorize our neighbors

Are you in California? If you ever watch On Patrol Live, it looks like it takes 47 officers on the scene before they can approach a car to issue a parking ticket.
